Other Important InformAtion

1. Registration cost for all attendees is $160. This includes four meals, Lodging, Conference Shirt, and Registration. 

2. Group Registration forms are due February 22, 2024.

3. Tristen Bowen will handle the details if you do your activities at Sugar Mountain Resort. 

4. There are family rooms available for group leaders bringing kids. Please make sure you contact us if you need one of these rooms. 

5. Each cabin needs a chaperone. The cabin size is 10-12 people. If you can’t provide a chaperone, please let us know so we can plan accordingly. 

6. All rooms include pillows, sheets, and linens.  

7. Your activity (skiing, tubing, mountain coaster, etc.) is not included in the cost of the conference and must be booked and purchased separately at your discretion.
