1. Registration cost for all attendees is $160. This includes four meals, Lodging, Conference Shirt, and Registration.
2. Registrations are due by the end of February
3. Michelle Hausman (Director of Group Sales) at Sugar Mountain Resort will handle the details if you do your activities at Sugar Mountain. Her contact is 828-898-4521 x 202
4. There are family rooms available for group leaders bringing kids. Please make sure you contact us if you need one of these rooms.
5. Each cabin needs a chaperone. The cabin size is 10-12 people. If you can’t provide a chaperone, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
6. All rooms include pillows, sheets, and linens.
7. Your activity (skiing, tubing, mountain coaster, etc.) is not included in the cost of the conference and must be booked and purchased separately at your discretion.
